Vitacress is one of Europe’s leading growers and packers of watercress, ready to eat leafy salads, fresh herbs and vegetables. Operating from the UK, Portugal, Spain, and the Netherlands, it supplies both own-label branded products to major supermarkets across Europe as well as its prepared salad bags, Steve’s Leaves, directly to the consumer. Starting with one acre of watercress beds in 1951, it now cultivates 699 hectares of land and 14 hectares of glasshouses.
