Chicken Ceaser Wrap

Ingredients

2 large tortilla wraps

60ml/4tbsp reduced fat Ceasar dressing

50g/2oz Sweet Romaine lettuce, trimmed

175g/6oz cooked chicken, sliced

15g/1/2oz Parmesan cheese, shredded

30ml/2 tbsp toasted pinenuts

Method

  1. Place the tortillas on a board, divide the dressing between the two, then spread all over. Top with half the lettuce, tearing it into bite sized pieces.
  2. Top with the chicken, remaining lettuce, parmesan and pine nuts. Fold the two side edges in, then starting at the side nearest to you; start rolling up the tortilla to make a neat wrap. Cut in half diagonally, then wrap in clear film and chill until ready to eat.
