Exhibitors
This conference proves very popular and spaces are allocated on a first come first served basis. If you would like to exhibit at this year's conference then please do not delay in returning your application form. The cost of a stand is £300 (plus VAT). A non-refundable deposit of £100, payable by cheque with a completed application form, will reserve your stand space, with the balance becoming due in September 2008*.

Stand space measures 2m x 1.5m, but larger stands are available by agreement. Each exhibiting organisation will be entitled to 2 free delegate tickets for the event and will be able to provide a company profile for inclusion in the conference handout. As a thank you, your company's name will be mentioned on this web page, with a hyperlink to your website.

*NOTE: balance monies must be received before 30th September 2008. We reserve the right to withhold deposits received and re-book trade stands where no balance monies have been received before this date.
